Currently we are looking for Front Desk Night Auditors to work at the most luxurious hotels and resorts in Fort Lauderdale, FL are.
Job Description:
Front Desk Night Auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities. Night auditors often work for hotels, inns, and similar establishments.
Some Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes invoices and prepares checkout bills
- Monitors and checks accounting ledger
- Audits financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues
- Posts room taxes and charges
- Processes discounts and vouchers
- Tracks room availability and occupancy
- Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Available from 10pm- 6am and/or 11pm to 7am, weekends & holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Should have at least 1 year of experience as Hotel Front Desk Auditor.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to go under drug screening and background check.
